- Confidentiality
All application materials, data, documents, and related correspondence (“Confidential Information”) are strictly confidential. You may only use them for the purpose of assessing the application and must not share them with anyone. - No Sharing or Delegation
You may not discuss the application with colleagues, students, collaborators, or the applicant. You may not delegate any part of the review unless the Funder gives written permission. - No Use for Personal Benefit
You must not use any ideas, data, or unpublished findings from the application for your own research or advantage. - Anonymity
Your identity will not be disclosed to the applicant. Feedback shared with applicants will be anonymised. - Conflict of Interest
You must declare any conflicts of interest immediately. If a conflict exists, you must decline the review. - Data Handling
You must keep all materials secure and delete/destroy them once the review process is complete. - Breach
Any actual or suspected breach of confidentiality must be reported to the Funder immediately.
