Congratulations on being awarded funding for your research activities

And welcome to the community of funded cancer researchers. Research funded by our partner organisations Swiss Cancer Research and Swiss Cancer League has contributed to amazing improvements in how we can prevent, diagnose, and treat cancer but there is still more work to do.

Our research funding work is entirely backed by the generosity of the public and the efforts of the many who believe in our mission. It is critically important that we tell them about the research we fund and share our successes so that we can inspire even more people to support us.

From likes, follows, to meet-and-greets to sharing stories, this information tells you how you can help us do just that. Here's how you can help - we'd love to hear from you!

Please upload your publications to the Grant Application Portal (GAP) for consideration in our communications activities, which highlight how donations are making a difference. This is also a great opportunity to showcase your research.

If your grant reference starts with "KFS," please acknowledge Swiss Cancer Research (Krebsforschung Schweiz). If it starts with "KLS," please acknowledge Swiss Cancer League (Krebsliga Schweiz). Be sure to upload your publications as this helps us monitor and evaluate the research we fund.

For more details, please visit the Publications section.

Our Communications team works with funded researchers every week, composing research project summaries for the general public, writing about new research grants and scientific papers, and reaching new audiences. But we can only do that with your help. We are happy to support your research project in turn with other organizations, universities on social e.g., on social media. Let us know how we can help you showcase your work.

Social media helps to raise awareness of the incredible things researchers like you are doing every day. And it gives us an opportunity to share research findings in a more personal way. Follow us on our social media platforms. We encourage you to actively support us with likes, shares and comments. Let us know what's going on via social media - not only about major breakthroughs in cancer research, the weird and wonderful often find a place on social media.

Connecting on social media help us achieve more by reaching out to our donors and drawing more attention to your funded research projects. Drop us a note, tag us, follow us, let us know when a post about your funded research appears. All social media links are found in the footer (at the bottom of this webpage).
